This may sound strange
Anyone else not able to sleep more than 2-3 hours with very weird dreams about people they never meet , this happened before about 4 months ago, but these seem very real,

I sleep fine but the dreams pick up where they leave off when i wake up. Same surroundings always near water and with people i dont know and on a mission where i have to give a speech that I haven’t prepared for. Its a conundrum🙃
