My major issue with this is, how safe will he be if arrested?

If arrested i expect it will be more like guards placed outside his home and no travel or rallys, just house arrest as opposed to jail. I doubt they would put him in jail- they are too scared of the people imo.
Imaging and narrative is everything.
I cant see how this will be of any benefit though unless MSM is taken down 🤓
