When you sign any contractual documents it is wise to use the phrase “without prejudice UCC-1-308” above the signature. It reserves your rights should there be any ambiquity in performance of the contract.
Also folks, when you sign a contract you are entering into the “water jurisdiction” (admiralty law/UCC) sign it in blue or red, but not black ink. Black ink indicates death (vessel). Red ink stands for your blood as a living man/woman. Blue ink indicares you are in the water. As a note, purple ink indicates you are in the air (trust law).
