I've been devoted to Lightwork for all my life but it's not easy sometimes, especially since I'm not native to this world 😛
That was what I was doing this week - transmuting all kinds of godawful crap and first I felt nasty, then angry, then unhappy
This is the first time in days that I feel like I'm more sane & calm
