Oregano caplets in any medicine cabinet for the win! Also ginger and lemon is a go to in the am in hot water first thing or also put in regular water and drink throughout the day. I juice ginger and lemon and freeze in ice cube trays. Always on hand that way when needed.

Should have gotten first place! Oh, but no, can't draw too much attention to what really works. Free thinking for the win! Been taking oregano caps or tinctures for years, at the first sign of a sore throat. Symptoms diminish immediately.

I was the white sheep I like to call it... My Dad and three siblings all asleep.(lost my Mom too young) But not my immediate family. my husband and I and 3 girls. We have had some pretty quiet holidays during the Con-vid. They are rubbing their eyes a bit now, wake up sleepy heads.

Understanding from another Momma. Gluten free and dairy free family for 12 years. Vax injury that started my awakening. Daughter perfectly healthy middle schooler had a run in with the HPV vax. What was I thinking! The whole family thought I was crazy, at first.
