Thick smoke, flames burst out of skyscraper near World Trade Center after rooftop fire

Thick plumes of smoke were spotted bursting out of an under-construction skyscraper near One World Trade Center after a fire broke out on the building’s roof Wednesday morning.
No injuries were reported in the blaze at 125 Greenwich St., an under-construction residential building, to which firefighters responded around 9:20 a.m., the FDNY said.
Officials said the fire started in an HVAC system located on the 72-story building’s roof.

The FBI warning included grainy photos of Mr Farahani

The FBI is hunting for an alleged Iranian spy it believes is involved in plots to kill current and former US government officials.
The agency accuses Majid Farahani, 42, of plotting revenge for the killing of Iranian general Qasem Soleimani.
Soleimani, commander of Iran's Quds force, was assassinated in a US drone attack in Iraq in January 2020.
The FBI says Mr Farahani has acted on behalf of Iran's Ministry of Intelligence.

Clinton Township police respond to "industrial fire"

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - The Clinton Township Police Department is urging residents to avoid the area of Groesbeck Highway and 15 Mile Road Monday night following what it is calling an industrial fire.
Police did not release much detail but said first responders are at the scene.
The Macomb County Sheriff's Office, which is assisting police, said evacuations are underway. It's unknown how many people are being evacuated.
