If you have any upper respiratory issues like coughing or stuffy nose from a cold, try this. It has worked VERY well for our family.

Get a spray bottle filled with 3% FOOD-GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, and spray 5-10 sprays into your mouth. INHALE THE MIST deeply. Do it several times a day if you're sick.

When we've tried it, stuffy nose is gone within minutes. Coughing is totally gone in about 24-72 hours. I have found this method better than a nebulizer, as our nebulizer kept getting clogged and stopped working.
