WHAT IS HEALING THE SOUL?

It is forgiving the one who caused you harm.
It is to stop speaking badly about others.
It is to stop judging.
It is gratitude for every event in our lives.
It is working on our inner being.
Self observation.
It is understanding that we are not perfect and accepting our mistakes.
It is connecting every day with our divine power.
It is letting go of what hurts and not continuing in the past.
It is getting rid of what we don't need.
It is embracing our days as if they were the last.
It is helping those who need it and practicing compassion.
It is learning to receive and give without waiting.
It is putting aside our expectations. Practice detachment.

So decadent has our nation become that our lawmakers laugh hysterically at the idea that there are any restrictions whatsoever on how much they can tax or what they can spend it on, while the cynical, ambitious lawyers who staff our prosecutors' offices would never dream of enforcing the Bill of Rights by indicting most of our sitting politician/judges for violating their oaths.

🌟 Let us recall that, in every moment, God’s gift of free will gives us the right and ability to begin anew. In any moment, we can choose joy over judgment and thus peace over pain.

Today, if you find yourself aligned with the ego’s judgment-centered mindset, do not put yourself or others down. Instead, use it as a call to action, an opportunity to practice using free will to choose to align your 'mind' with your loving essence and nature.

The life you desire to create is always just a simple choice away. The brushes of forgiveness, peace and joy, as expressions of love, are available for you to choose from in every moment. You make the final choice of which brushes to pick up and use, and thus what kind of day you will create and insperience.

Breathe deeply, choose wisely and create the kind of painting and world that you would love for your children to inherit one day.

🌟 All glory to God

In order to change what is happening in the outer world, we do NOT have to do battle with the forces of 'mind' imbalance. That particular focus of our attention would interfere with our ability to be the Peace Commanding Presence we have been preparing for Lifetimes to BE. It would actually distract us from fulfilling our Divine Plan.

Buckminster Fuller once said, “In order to change an existing paradigm you do not struggle to try & change the problematic model. You create a new model & make the old one obsolete.”

That, in essence, is the Higher service to which we are ALL being Called.

We must start by knowing that we are ALL One. There is no such thing as “us and them.” Every soul who is acting out adversely is still a Son or Daughter of God, regardless of how far that soul may be from reflecting that Truth in his or her behavior patterns.

We are interrelated, interconnected & interdependent, not only with every person on Earth, but with every facet in Life, in Creation.

Remember today to be the kindness this world deserves. Yes, even to the sleepy, the dull and the outright stupid. Spread your kindness far and wide, that’s where the magic lives. We make this world better not by beating people over the head with truth (although, sometimes…) but human to human lifting each other up and being filled with mercy and grace.
