Everyone of us will experience deep hurt in our life, but what we do with it, is what matters most. If you sit and seethe about past situations, you will never be ready for the solutions and healing to present itself to you.
Understand that perpetuating hurt, only causes more hurt. The best thing to do is to walk away and allow that person to feel your absence.

Time heals all wounds and revenge will get you no where.

If someone has hurt you, the best thing to do is to try to understand their actions instead of fighting back. Send them healing Light and wish them well, because what you send out, will ALWAYS come back to you ten-fold.
NOW is the time to take the appropriate steps to detox out the hurt and welcome in happiness.
