Might be this user who always posts work at home under your comments. Maybe Koba can get you a phone number to have it reported. Somehow they are tagged on your account and I'm thinking that's why you can't create a new account on Twitter without them knowing and banning you. See if he can block that phone number from making another account.

Years ago I had a similar situation. Somehow an account was assigned to my FB account as a guardian over my account. So he would report his account hacked and every time he did, I'd be locked out of my for hours until I could get back in. I think they are trying to prevent us from speaking out.
