I had a crazy night and morning of dreams. The most bizarre thing I recall is when I would pick up my left hand, I would hear "It's habbening", there were also visible flashes but I couldn't tell what they were about. I may need to take a break😊. This information pretty much consumes my day and now my night 😂🤣

Im having very visual dreams also. Many sheep dont dream at all. Sign that we are awake.
Dont forget to live life. I have to remind myself to do that as well.
