My man got pinned today as 1st Sgt over his unit...so proud of him!!! We need these old school NCO's in leadership...enough with the woke crap and getting promoted on race and gender. Get promoted because you worked hard for it.

Thank you!! After hearing the day when he got home i think the soldiers are about to get old school 🤣 His legit words were, we going active duty in regs dammit, this is the fooking Army 🤣. He is in the guard but his full time job is active duty under the guard. They in for a rude awakening...he sent one out of formation for unreg hair, love it 🤣
