I pick them, wash them, peel them, put peelings in stainless steel pot, with 3 fingers of water overthem, and simmer for 2 hrs, not
removering the lid, set aside, not removeing the lid to cool, then filter out peelings, pour in glass jars, one in the fridge the rest in the freezer, (allow 1/2”-to freeze). One tablespoon a day, one teaspoon for children.
