Youve seen the way folk drive in 2 dimensions... now we will have debris raining down on us too... how many folk do you know who can take the nav test and pass?
Oh, wait, that's right, it will all be computer controlled... get in, type the destination, sit back.
Don't try to fly where you are not supposed to... don't play hookie for a day - your computer chip will know exactly where you are, (what do you bet the door on this will only open to that chip?) and your car will take you to where you are supposed to be - work - like a good little slave.
Unless you are an illegal, then you can pretty much do as you please and the rest of us get to pay for it.
It's a nice idea, but, plays right i to the alliance of evils plan to corral us further.

If its artificial intelligence, I think the jury is out on that.
A computer is only as good as the programming that goes into it - even an ai has basic programming to get it started.
The system needed to control this sort of process would need to be vast (every sq inch of the planet covered - no good being at 20k ft, to be told 'no service', and powerful - no good having a power outage... and that means we would be even MORE vulnerable to emp attack.
I just can't see how it would work, not in our current state.
