I know how much Nana tells you to focus on the future and yes that imho needs to be 80+% of where you mind is but we also must be able to, those of us that can without tearing down our frequency, continue to realize and expose the lies of the past in order to bring everyone along that we can.
Dont let negatives stick to you, don't allow them inside your bubble.
Keep them like the demons Nana sees from time to time hitting the glass wall and not being allowed to take space.
Take a shower and wash them off if you need to.
Imagine them running down the drain,
