We have had very weird weather in NY.... IMO the military uses thunderstorms to cover up their ops.... Keep ppl from travelling.... AZ. McCain. He had a telescope in his house I think? We are not alone. MX border/trafficking....

Weather manipulation for sure.
Have seen this weather pattern a lot over the last 2 years or so, every one is parked over a river (bed), tank, wash - a place where water flows, either on the surface, or underneath. Water seems to be a crucial element to their process. I also see weather formations, where the wind is being sucked in from all directions.

It looks, at times, as if they are using these formations to 'herd' the weather cells - like pinball buffers.

I was told in 2015, that this area is a favorite CIA retirement spot... and I have also been told, that once CIA, always CIA...There are a lot of tunnels around about too, mining - but I bet they were reutilized for CIA operations to maintain their S border trade route.
