A *very* good point talk show host extraordinaire, David Knight, has made often is that ANYONE with the power to create and pass legislation who was actually serious about doing anything "to save the children" from sex trafficking .... they would have put a total end to the INSANELY short statute of limitations that exists in most states for such crimes.
