The video camera at the bottom of this post is the icon you use to help you post videos. Click on that and your files where you've designated to store your videos in should show up. Click on the video you want to post and it show download onto here. MP4 formats are accepted. There are other formats that will not show up to post like Windows Media. I usually pull a video from twitter or other sites using ByClick which you can get online to use. You can download directly from Rumbel to your computer also and then upload here. Hope this helps.
