Friendly reminder that there is a BIG difference between a power grid attack (like an EMP) and a "communications blackout".
The former would lead to immediate mass chaos and staggering death tolls. (No ability to keep food or medicine stored at cold temps, no way to generate heat or running water)
The latter IMO would be a blessing in disguise. Social media GONE. MSM gone.
I've always wondered "Can we find a way to essentially turn back time and bring our country back to the good ole days?"

I've disagreed with that one on several things but on this subject I do agree - a power/grid failure would be catastrophic
But if a communications blackout isn't followed by some kind of widespread explanation it could become equally catastrophic
