What is the best type of food you had from a Food Truck?

I am vegetarian and eat organic, so it gets a bit more difficult, but at some food festivals you come across such Food trucks .. I choose from a "Healthy Sandwich" ... lettuce, onion, egg, tomato and sauce. Mmmmmmmmmm ...
