I suggest that when the War/s are over and the regenerative projects of the earth and society are fully engaged that a joint project between Community Health and Community Energy set up Liposuction to BIodiesel Facilities. The web of bennifits to community health costs, individual health both physically and psychologically would be transformative and measurable both pre and post initiation. From the energy sector the project would demonstrate a upcycling of an abundant locally available resource for alternate fuel initiatives and other potential applications. Win Win
