I'm a label ingredients reader of food products & i can tell you that ingredients ARE changing for the better👍🏻

people woukd freak, break down mentally if you ripped away al the junk food & fast foid they are addicted too from chemicals in food to cause addiction.

So by slowly removing bad stuff, while maintaining a healthy level if sanity in the human brain & body waves etc...

...it's deep ya'll!

unfortunately, i am still addicted to certain things as well & altho they are not horrible...its a process to change☀️
i'm not beating myself up over it

currently, anytime i buy fruits or veggies, they tend go bad within 2-3 days...something is changing for sure with these as well, & i've read chemicals being sprayed on them to try to last longer or keep ripe longer ...so the whole system is compromised & we do the best we can with our resources.

basically, the most important lesson is its teaching us...to make us aware of what's been done to our food & wake up to it all the crappola...& learn, research where our food comes from & reconnect back to nature & growing our own (if we can)while simulataneously doing the best eating you can with what your resources allow & most importantly 👉🏻don't mentally beat yourself up over it all ...cause ya craved some chips one day!

after i found an organic label, only 3 ingred's

have this theory about [them] pushing bugs
(you've prob seen the chips w/ crickets meme):

i think that, after all this gross bug stuff
(eg 'angelina jolie' cooking up tarantulas w/ children in audience),
that [their] other agenda (besides lab-grown meat,
something i read last yr said it was started w/ human muscle),
cannibaalism, will seem more palatable, esp. after
so many news headlines talking about it recently,
plus various restaurants, and that cooking show in which
human meat was an ingred (apparently judges didn't know)!
