The system thrives because those in the comms world are encouraged to sacrifice children for profit. Specifically they are asked to pick one child as a favorite and one child as a sacrifice. They then trade 1 child into the MK system so the other of their child becomes a clown and succeeds in life.
The sacrificed child is tortured and emotionally scarred from a young age until they become “suggestible” so that they can be programmed and that way the individuals responsible will have no fingerprints on it. A ticking time bomb that is set loose and “decides” for themselves to commit mayhem and thus remove all liability for the person who programmed him.
The favored child on the other hand is also scarred because their road to becoming a wealthy clown is by paved with a large role in the sacrifice.
