i was on benzos for 20 years…. alot of hard work and dedication to staying on proper regime of repairing my neurotransmitters. magnesium and minerals arw super important as well as adaptagenic herbs to regulate proper hormone function over time. my anxiety was off the chart for a while. but alow amd steady wins the race. i also used micro dosing with magic mushrooms and if you cant use that get yourself some lions mane or both. kratom and cbd was a lifesaver to help with the immediate withdrawls/ anxiety.
i got though it. my life is so much better for it. its totally doable but you have to be committed and it was so worth it.

thank you my son has been struggling for 5 years and it kills us to see him suffer at such a young age!

i completely understand. sending so much strength and love im tearing up right now. it will be the best decision of his life to fight this and stay postive bc there is so much light at the end of this tunnel. 🙏🙏💫
