Ok AU family I have a family member suffering from addiction ( benzodiazapenes).. are there any natural remedies to help with recovery and prevent relapse and cravings? thank you- Love you all!!!

I recovered in AA meetings surrounded by addicts with alot of time behind them to help me. I also got into prayer and meditation classes to help my soul heal. Praying for your family member. 1 day at a time.
