Last night I was feeling my mind turning to thinking too much negative. Like feeling failure and hopelessness. Desperation and blame. I could not sleep until like 5 am and I was surprised why I felt so unusually bad in middle of the night. Now I read "Exploded at 4:33am" and wonder, what was it really I was feeling, maybe it was not my personal fleelings after all but maybe I was feeling what was happening. 😲🤔
