Could completely restructure how our government works!
For the past 80 years,
Congress (Legislative Branch) has been writing/passing laws
written so broadly and ambiguously
that it falls to Federal agencies
(which are under the Executive Branch)
to actually create the details, rules, etc. !
Essentially giving the Executive Branch power that the Constitution specifically gives only to the Legislative Branch
===> power to UNELECTED agency bureaucrats.
