FYI SCOTUS Update

The Supreme Court strikes at "Separation of Church and State" and overturns Lemon (1971), sending the US back to the 1960s and setting us up for a complete overturning of the Separation Doctrine that banned prayer and Bibles in schools.

-The Court holds that both the free exercise and free speech clauses protect Coach Kennedy's right to pray at midfield following high school football games.

-"The fear of offending the Constitution's establishment clause does not," Gorsuch writes, require the government "to single out private religious speech for special disfavor. "The Constitution and the best of our traditions counsel mutual respect and tolerance, not censorship and suppression, for religious and nonreligious views alike."
