Under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution,
"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."
Election Fraud would be a serious felony under normal circumstances, but under an active state of war it would be considered an act of treason. Think back Re: Kavanaugh conf. hearings. What are the requirements for a civilian to be tried for treason? We have been in a state of war since 2001.

Executive Order 13848. I've referred to it many times since the election to explain what is actually happening. This is the Trump card since it provides specific guidelines for how to identify those involved in foreign election interference.
"...to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, any activity described in subsection (a)(i) of this section."
Once the guilty parties are identified they face not only fines and imprisonment, but the seizure of all assets. Imagine how that will affect the MSM and social media sites. It would appear to make Elon Musk's acquisition of Twitter a distraction for the Deep State from what really lays ahead.
