I guess if they are doing everything by the book in order to preserve the constitution, maybe the insurrection justifies activation of the Presidential Emergency Action Documents (i.e. using their playbook against them). Don't know what's in those docs (classified), but probably allows for a shadow govt (military) to operate in the event of such an insurrection. Probably part of grand strategy.

He won’t go to jail but my son might. We are still going through the process, having change to a lawyer who is willing to fight the 4 misdemeanor charges which could very well cost huge fine and result in jail time - not to mention the cost of the lawyer .He will not plead guilty to bogus charges. we need this to STOP now.
