Maxwell had a grand jury.
"On March 29, 2021, a grand jury returned a superseding indictment."

Epstein was arrested and charged by Federal Prosecutors. I didn't hear anything about a grand jury this time with him. This is interesting though.
"The officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the pending case. Court documents related to the case have been kept under seal, and no official announcement of Epstein's arrest has been made."

For some reason in my mind, I always associated Epstein with the word 'arrest' and Maxwell with 'Indictment'.
