Can you imagine having a "Neurolink" that is projecting an alternate "reality" to your brain that you THINK is real...but is not. In the wrong hands it could project hateful evil scenarios that make the person THINK that say....a church full of people is an angry mob trying to kill them and other innocent people...causing them to react in what they think is defense...when in reality...they were "programmed" to do horrible things. Just too many bad things could happen with this type of tech especially in the wrong hands. uggh. Honestly...I think they have been prepping people for this since they started that Pokémon Go App. Interesting.
