Just about everything is rigged. Even stuff like toys is rigged. There are toy hunters out there who have deals with managers and employees, to get them the rare and new stuff when it comes out. Matchbox car collectors are crazy like that. That stuff is valuable, I get it, but it takes away the experience from the regular people who would love to stumble upon a buy like that one time. Nowadays it's hard because greedy people already got it.
