he did not miss a beat.. he said the only one losing rights or the American citizens were the ones that get taxed were the ones that lose everything.. the blame needs to be put on the shooter.. we give up our guns you can bet the criminals aren't going to give up theirs and the police have been so vilified the police can't take the guns from the criminals.
