When you first transition to stevia it can taste chalky. Portion is very important as it is very concentrated. Once you get used to it though, refined sugar tastes cloying- even gross.

interesting.. I wasnt sure if we were getting the truth on Stevia… I had heard good, bad, good bad just like everything else lol

I am not an authorized sweetener advisor but it does seem like a kinder alternative for the body especially for those with hyperglycemia.
