A customer took his Jeep into the Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Michigan for an oil change, handed the mechanics the keys, and went on his way. Now he is being sued for $15 million over the death of one of the dealership's mechanics.

Yeah a bunch of stupid laws that protect stupid people. The ones responsible don’t have to pay because their lawyers made sure to protect them ahead of time. Stupid people are protected by the laws because someone has to take responsibility for their actions because they are too stupid and need protection ( according to those wanting to be “fair”). So that just leaves the honest smart hard working person to blame, make them pay! Its a crazy stupid system!
