Actually you don't, check your birth cert, you were given up as a ward of the state, by an informant(mother & father). Only a sovereign, a living soul can take dominion over the Land Air and Water. If you are a U.S. citizen you are an "employee/vessel" of the U.S. Corporation. Defined as all U.S. citizens are state nationals, but not all state nationals are U.S. citizens. The difference in LAW is a citizen, person or resident are considered "vessels" of the soul, not a living soul.
