I don't understand how any parent can not be involved in their child's life. While my children were in school I made sure that the teachers, principal and office workers knew who I was. If a problem arose they had my number to call, I was involved in all school activities my children participated in. I can't tell you how many cookies, cupcakes and cakes I've baked. You don't have to be a bitch about it, until its time to be.
