3 things you can do each day to keep your light.

1. As soon as your feet hit the floor either think it or say it out loud, "Thank you God/Spirit for this day I am so loved"
2. Send someone you know good wishes send someone you know heartfelt love and compassion maybe someone you know that is struggling. The good intentions will come back to you like a boomerang.
3. Find something each day to laugh about, no matter what is going on no matter how depressed, look for it if you have to but find something that truly makes you smile or better yet laugh out loud.

Control the power of your mind every day, just try it, mean it and wait for it to change your days.
Every day, no but the majority.

Change your mind change your life.
Remember everything is energy.
Control your mind with your heart brain & connect directly to God.

😘It takes a minute to see results but ppl will see results if they change their mind set

Once I have my mindset, I am good. Then when I have to call my ex to send money to help with our daughter, I get cussed at, called names, and it brings my self esteem down majorly.

Awwh hun so sorry but dont let his shortfalls affect your self esteem!
You are awesome Mom taking care of your children, that negativity is on him.
Dont allow it to make you feel bad about you AT ALL.
I do understand, my ex never paid at all and he was self employed so no way to collect.
However, there was a good side to that because I never had to deal with him period and THAT was a blessing.
Worst part of it was it really hurt the kids, but then he had shown them their entire lives that they were not important to him so it was better because had he stayed in their lives on a regular basis he would have been constantly hurting them on a regular basis.
I thought most days I would not make it thr on my on but God always showed me a way or opened a door.

I literally have been to the point of looking around to sell my Silver Dollar Eagle Coins just to file the divorce that he wont. Our daughter is Down Syndrome and he knows, that she had to have things. Medical, Clothes, alot of things that a lot of kids without special needs dont need. ( does that make sense )

Hard choices for sure, I got a divorce and still the court systems cant make them pay what they are supposed to.
Your only option once you get the court order is to have them thrown in jail and then you still dont get the help money wise.
Is there any additional govt help or other help available for children with that condition?
