Yes, it definitely is.🎯

I'm attaching a link below to an article that discusses 10 health benefits of being alkaline for those that might not be familiar with the benefits.

I notice a considerable difference in the taste of Fiji water. Although it is definitely more expensive than other brands, I think it is well worth it.πŸ˜‹

I just treated myself to a glass water bottle too that has some crystals in it....rose quartz, clear quartz, aquamarine & amethyst...so "in my mind" the water is even betterπŸ˜‰

There are charts that compare fluoride levels in bottled water. I used to drink Fiji water until I saw one of those charts. From what
I recall, it contains high levels of fluoride. I'll look to see if I took a screenshot and repost if I can find it.

I just found these 2 articles....

https://www.dailyintakeblo...

"The final rule amends the quality standard, and specifies that domestically packaged and imported bottled water to which fluoride has been added may not contain fluoride in excess of 0.7 mg/L. The final rule revises the current allowable levels, which range from 0.8 – 1.7 mg/L."

This is from 2015...I'll have to check for more recent one:

I researched water filtration systems that remove fluoride from water. I installed a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.

There are counter top dispenser types and there are other types that connect to your water supply and can be installed under your kitchen sink.

My parents and my aunt always had countertop water filtration systems when I was growing up. They used to test the quality too.

We have so many issues locally with pinhole leaks in the plumbing lines, so I dont really even trust the filtration systems.

Can you imagine the damage the water does to one's body when it is literally eating away at copper pipes?πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ
