The title is: Rogue state: A Guide to the World's Only Superpower by William Blum. An other book title talks about the Monsanto evil seeds of destruction and how the war in the Middle east (The fight over Holms) was about to get the seed banks to control the food supply in the world. The Norwegian seed banks are also part of this plan. In their planned future you are not allowed to grow food yourself. You need a special licence to grow food and to grow (apple and so on) trees. The Hunger Games is their favorite future scene.
