How can the Feds legally block the delivery of fertilizer to U.S. farmers and cause famine? The U.S. is a fertile & resource-rich country, Tell your local farmers to use the communities compost from grocery stores, restaurants and homes. They can accept drop-offs. They should be doing this anyway, if they can't get cow manure.
