I was at my dr yesterday and once again he asked me if I'm taking the flu shot. NOPE! Haven't had one in years and don't get sick anymore.

Smart Girl!! Yeah I don't think I have had one at all in my adult life and I haven't had the flu in longer than I can remember thank goodness. Those things are sooo toxic and give people the flu!!

I have had fibromyalgia since the early 1990s. Every time I got the flu shot, my arm hurt so badly for over a week, and then my fibromyalgia flareups were constant all winter, lasting 10 days at a time. I did some research and came across an article that said the flu shot exacerbates fibromyalgia flare ups. After that no more flu shots.
