It is not a crime to be in public places. it is also not a crime to record for your protection and documentation in public places like sidewalks. Do not be agressive but stand for your rights. You will be making a stand for all of us so that bullying doesn't spread. city police and city workers work for us. We pay their salaries and appreciate the ones who do not have a God complex.
