Every step of this progression has had that "ulterior motive" RAIL ROADED feel to it.
The rage engendered from calmly saying that the legal, medical & social-emotional arguments were not compelling or convincing, that the incidence DOCUMENTED of injury to individual children OUGHT not to be ignored, was a "tell" from the beginning, that this movement was TOTALLY wrt "ACCESS" to KIDS, not wrt providing FOR KIDS
