There is a new show out based on this game. In the first episode Master Chief is ordered to murder a child because the kid won’t cooperate with spreading United Nations propaganda. Shortly afterwards the child tells the story of how Master Chief killed her mother years ago and the press lied about it. The child was the daughter of the leader of the area, and the UN regime change in the area installed a brutal dictator, a trade they are happy with this as it means it’ll be more profitable.

If you are on Windows you can probably see a little “Cortana” icon somewhere on your screen right now, it is a product built into every copy of Windows that listens to your every word and collects data on your habits. That symbol originated from Halo. Getting a sense yet of how important this comm is?
