I don’t usually post on this forum but I do read posts here everyday and feel like it is one of the safest ones to be able to see what is going on without all the drama.
Long story but briefly, my son is a J6 defendant and we have finally secured a lawyer to take his case. The public defender has fought us since he was arrested August 10, 2021 and has been no help. We are extremely blessed by the grace of God that he is not in jail like many, but we do need help with legal expenses. He will not plead to something he did not do.
