That is true about tine eye, yet it doesn't close this at all.
Lyndsey Grahm and John McCain meet with Hamid Karzai in 2014. It is most probable that the photo was taken at that meeting.
It is more probable they took a public photo with Hamid Karzai then Osama Bin Laden.
His head uncovered isn't proof of anything as you can find dozens of images of Hamid Karzai in public with a bald head.
If we need to tie those two clowns to Bin Laden for some reason, I am sure we can find something more than a photos we both put in question.
