Yikes. This is the dude who ostensibly “discovered” Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs, CO. Fun fact: Pikes Peak is adjacent to NORAD and SpaceForce Base- Peterson.
Coincidentally, Nikola Tesla had a fully functional “Tesla Tower” operating in the early 1940’s. Guess where?
