🧐I remember how as a child, my Aunt Donera, who recently passed away 2 weeks ago at 85 years old & who was an amazing patriot & researcher, always read all food labels and avoided dyes, especially the following:
Red # 40
Yellow # 5 & # 6
Red # 3,
Blue # 1 & # 2,
Green # 3,
Orange B
Citrus Red 2
She NEVER bought marshmallows as they contain Blue#1
*Some brands claim no blue dye now🤷♀️
She read labels on personal hygriene products too & avoided SLS, aluminum, fluoride, etc.
As soon as my children could read they read labels like Auntie & me.💞
I'm grateful for all of her love & wisdom.

Yes!
... not only food but anything you touch, skin cream, shaving lotion, perfume ... most of it is toxic ... esp skin creams, they go right into your blood stream.
Wish more people would read the labels / it would make them accountable ... (that is until they just stop disclosing.)
